By using SlikRide, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. User Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.

2. The Negotiation Model

SlikRide provides a marketplace for riders and drivers to negotiate fares. Once a fare is agreed upon and the trip starts, both parties are committed to that price.

3. Payments

Payments are processed via Paystack. Drivers are guaranteed payment through our settlement system. Riders with failed card payments will carry a negative balance (IOU) until cleared.

4. Code of Conduct

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, discrimination, or illegal activities. Violations will result in immediate account termination.

5. Limitation of Liability

SlikRide is a platform connecting users. We are not responsible for the direct actions of third-party drivers or riders beyond our platform's safety features.
